I have an idea! I want to build an app to streamline my whole business getting it council accredited will help me sell to others in my field where the heck do I start???

Building an app/product involves writing specs, putting together mockups, interviewing prospects, doing user/market research, designing screens, coding, launching, marketing, selling and a few others in between. Decide on which of the above you can do and which you need to hire for. Then decide if you want to hire agencies or freelancers for those.
