What would the most viable business model be for this startup?

A marketplace that helps DTC brands get product placements in hospitality spaces like hotels, Airbnbs. Brands upload their catalogue of products that they wish to be seen in certain places and the spaces can go online and order samples. Samples/products with QR codes will be sent to the spaces. Guests can try these products, and if interested can make a purchase at a discounted price. If product does well, the space can then order products every month. I'd like to know what are possible ways to monetize this. Is this a viable, sustainable idea?
