Are organic Youtube and Blog reviews dead?

I'm working on SaaS product launch strategy and budget. We're going to reach out to bloggers and Youtubers who've reviewed products in our category before. On average they get ~100K monthly web visits & ~100K youtube subscribers. Based on your collective experience: should I expect all of them to ask for $ in exchange for reviews? Or could a free access to our product be enough? Followup question: do you usually pay affiliate marketers & influencers per click & conversion, or a fixed price?
