How do you currently create User Personas?

@alisa_smelkova Thanks! It looks like Miro wants to you input the customer persona based on your perception of the customer. Would there be any interest in data about a real user persona made for a customer that is most likely to engage with your product based on the product offering, product lifecycle adoption, etc?
