I'm seeing more and more SaaS businesses B2C and B2B leverage Slack as a community feedback loop. I'm curious if this is a growing trend. I'd love to speak with you if you're using Slack this way.

We're talking about this as an internal team too... Same question. We were even thinking about adding an in-app chat but this route has been a good/cost-saving solutions (MVP - prove it's value at a raw form)

I think it depends on your user base and if they tend to be on Slack already. I haven't done any official research on this yet but that seems to make sense to me.
