Non Technical Founder - Advice on creating app in Thunkable vs Interactive Prototype in Axure?

Hi, I am after some advice/opinions on what would be the best approach for a non-technical founder - would I be better building on a non-code platform such as Thunkable or creating an interactive prototype on Axure, which I could then either learn to code myself, or find a technical co founder or outsource development of it?
