POLL: How do you take care of your health?

I'm reviewing a pattern I've observed where folks become interested in their health after first facing some kind of health problem. Would love your thoughts! I hope it will help us to understand how to motivate people to care about their health before health issues occur.
Try to eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and avoid drugs and alcohol
Passing tests and medical exams regular
Find ways to relax, like meditation, yoga, getting a massage, taking a bath or walking in the woods.
I practice 1, 2 and 3 ways (some combinations of them)
Nothing from this list
I'm sure that I'm 100% healthy

Working out every day is what has helped me lose weight and feel better. Walking with a weighted backpack for an hour each day is what has helped me keep my epicurian ways and still be in shape

@javier_trevino1 Thanks for sharing your experience! I love walking as well (but without any weighted backpack), it gives me energy. If I have opportunity I'd walk more. Do you practice something for stretching? I found out it super useful. I didn't have time to go somewhere but one friend of mine, master of yoga, record me several easy poses that should be repeated as many time as you can. It's hard to believe but 5 minutes a day make helps me relax my pinched muscles. The important thing for a sitting job!
