Desktop Organization -- Oy Vey

Hi PH fam! I have this awful habit of saving every document to my desktop (I'm not proud 😬). It's something that I've tried to overcome for years, but can't seem to shake. I was wondering if anyone knows of a tool that would help with keeping files organized?
