Can you think the same way 10 years from now?

Our thoughts are influenced by "NOW" i.e. kind of network we are into now, kind of problems we are seeing now, solutions now and many more... Can you visualize what you would be thinking after 10 years from now.. anything except the fact that we are not even sure what is going to happen next SECOND of our lives.
