Curious to hear what annoys you after signing up a subscription-based service.
Is it a bad performance? Missing features you thought it has? Unnecessary onboarding/intros?

@keeev If the product doesn't meet expectations, or doesn't work as promised, that is disappointing. If there's no accessible and quick-to-respond support time that would be a no-go, too!
