I've been following John C. Maxwell for a while, and he's always said that he believes that Everything rises and falls on leadership . But recently, in one of his books, he revealed a new layer to this idea: Leadership rises and falls on Communication. This really made me reflect. And I decided to bring up this discussion here on PH. Most team challenges we blame on bad leadership are often rooted in poor communication leaders not being clear, consistent and courteous in communicating, and or teams failing to speak up as well. What are your thoughts on this?
How do you think communication shapes successful teams and projects? I'd love to hear how you approach this in your own leadership journey.
More and more I see questions about Product Hunt Hunters so I would cover this topic like a small FAQ. 1. Who is PH Hunter? Someone active or well-known on the platform, popular, recognized, and has a high follower count or a significant number of launched products. But even a maker can hunt the product if decides or someone else. 2. What is the Hunter responsible for?

I have launched three products here on product hunt and each time I launch a product, the number of people reaching out to me selling me upvotes grows. I don't understand existence of such services. Is there no filter of sorts to prevent people from buying their way here? Also I have always seen this as platform to showcase the cool stuff you are building, nowadays its turning more into a rat race for a badge. Let a man get his honest upvotes,
Thanks.
