Where do I even start?

Maybe with a confession... that even as a doctor, I struggled to work out my own eczema triggers, armed with the same paper symptom diary patients are usually advised to keep Years of 2am itching and guessing (the new detergent? stress? that pizza?) and my medical degree had no answers for my own skin.
