I'm working in the tech for 12+years, mostly remote and being productive has always been an issue. From my experience what works the most is: - Define precisely my tasks, and keep it as small as possible (1h max)
- Work with 100% on this tasks
- Take regular breaks - and stop working after 4/5hrs of deep focus
- Sleep and eat well I keep all tasks in a bullet journal, it's not perfect but I haven't found a better way to do it.

I see a trend PH to display a video as a the first thing to see when you look at the hunt details. I found it irritating to watch someone explain to me what their product is about without asking me if I want to watch it :) Some of those people are very scary too (no offence). Do you also find auto-play videos inside the hunts distracting? What could you propose to fix that (comments are welcome).

Two of my favorites are: "Rome wasn't built in a day, but they laid bricks every hour." Had a launch day that didn't go as well as I'd hoped. But this quote has been bouncing around in my head, reminding me that constant and focused work will get me there. No matter how small. "Three foot world."
The only things I can control are within the three feet in front of me, so that's all thats worth my time.
