One of my go to references for anything they do—amazing attention to detail, and the customer-centric sensibilities they have. This is not only the design sense—the structure and the readability of information, this is pure product content strategy at work. I have not seen this kind of work by anywhere in the tech, except by Stripe.

Such a well-designed product, I would high recommend them for the product, and for the team who are superb in support and in prioritization for adding new user stories in the product.

Most often, you cannot separate function from design. Design supports the function. If the function is to cancel an order or to approve an invoice but it is not well-designed (users are not sure, the message is unclear, the steps for specific use cases are missing)—then the function does not serve the purpose. Product teams should see these collectively and not function vs design.

Sutra looks so powerful—it gives a lot of flexibility to the creators to build their programs strategically—for course design itself, the operations and workflow, and the marketing and positioning. I like how the product empowers me via modular components to build my stack, the community, the funnel, and its rich source of design components to customize the content experience is a huge plus....

Huge fan of Reforge insights for a long time now. Well, the resources sign up does not have a *sign up using email* option that was a bit of turnoff. I would rather not use my Google or LinkedIn or any other account to sign up.

I am following Balsa since 2020 (wrote to them once while mentioning one of their tweets), and then participated in their research in June 2021 (Nicole Zeng was leading it). Good to see how it has shaped up, will dive in deeper to explore fully.

I love this category of products that focus on building the insights for product teams—teams invest a lot on discovery and research but lack the sources or bandwidth to gain meaningful insights from the research data. So, is Kraftful ready for products in any domain, for example climate and energy, forests, or connected buildings? Just curious to know the scope of insights if at all it is...

I am excited at the future of PropTech where the buildings—homes and offices and commercial property are designed for data-informed people—people as individuals and as communities. A lot of work is happening in Europe in this category—I guess *synthesis* is the foundation for civic design and proptech.

Doughnut Economics Action Lab (DEAL) is part of the emerging global movement of new economic thinking. I like how they talk about the sustainability and design and frameworks in the language of economics.

Field looks to be an incredibly useful tool for product leaders. We have tones of tools in workflow and collaboration for different teams and functions—Field seems to be really good in the work-in-progress view of the *synthesis* of our shared workflow and product understanding across the functions.

Such a beautiful landing page—right hierarchy of information and the interesting messaging. I just requested for an access, looking forward to it.
