Hi everyone! I m Vasyl, a Ukrainian developer currently based in Germany.

My background is mainly in frontend development and e-commerce, but over the past year I ve been expanding into backend engineering, infrastructure, security, and product development while building my first startup as a solo founder.

I m currently working on VAT Engine, an EU VAT calculation and compliance platform for developers and e-commerce teams. I started it after seeing how quickly VAT becomes fragmented across countries, product categories, transaction dates, thresholds, integrations, and reporting workflows.

Building it has pushed me far beyond writing interface code. I now work across Go, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, APIs, commerce integrations, testing, security, documentation, and the less comfortable founder tasks such as positioning, outreach, and customer discovery.

I've made this tool called the Cash Flow risk simulator, from the very obvious name you can tell what it does, it basically takes simple financial records whether tangible or intangible, and quantifies the probability of failure. As a business owner the thought of your business failing is always something that looms overhead of founders alike. With my tool you can better understand the risk of failure, how much runway you have, and how to optimize for the lowest chance of failure. The product is still in beta and feedback on my software would be much appreciated. For the past few months, I have been working on Navigator.

The objective here is not to create another AI chatbot or another code generator.
