A (potentially) interesting aside. We’ve learned that, for many of our early users, the motivation to help a peer succeed is more powerful than a monetary reward. Besides restoring our faith in humanity, this surprising insight led us to lower the fee (which we share 50/50 with our Scouts) we charge companies upon a successful hire through Troopl.
