Troopl helps companies reach and hire remarkable people. Companies post jobs and a community of working professionals (called Scouts) endorse people they believe would be a perfect fit. Upon a sucessful hire, the Scout earns a reward.

G’Day Makers 👋 I’m super excited to share my latest project. Troopl is a job site that connects remarkable people and companies via the magic of referrals. It’s a simple concept. Companies post jobs and working professionals (called Scouts) endorse people they believe would be a perfect fit, based on industry knowledge and prior working experience. Companies can use Troopl to grow their team by: 🤯 Managing referrals from their employees for free 🌎 Sharing their job posts with the entire Troopl community to boost the reach My co-founder @bennerus and I built Troopl because we’ve both had terrible experiences with recruiters. However, our best and most interesting career opportunities always came through people we’d worked with — people who know us best and were willing to put their reputation on the line to help us make our next career move. Yet, despite how great employee referrals are, they only account for around 10% of interviews. So we built Troopl to try and make the fantastic behaviour of referring someone for a job happen more frequently. Awesome for companies: 😇 Referred employees are happier, more productive, and stay longer 🚀 Faster & cheaper than recruiters & job boards ⚡️ Free to manage referrals from your team 👌 Free to post jobs, only pay when you hire someone referred by the Troopl community Awesome-r for Scouts: 💰 Use your experience and professional network to earn a side income each time someone you refer is hired 👟 Help people in your network take the next step in their career 🧸 Warm and fuzzy feels from helping someone you care about 🤷‍♀️ You’re (probably) doing it anyway… so you may as well get paid for it! Please sign up and share any feedback (good, bad, or ugly). Every thought helps improve the platform and connect awesome people and companies. Also, a big thanks to @samuel_briskar and his amazing library of AVATARZ (which we found on PH). Thanks for reading and have a great day 🤗

Ivanna Wendel
Useful tool for every company! Congrats on the launch!
Tristan Viney
@ivanna_wendel Thank you Ivanna 😊. it's great to finally be sharing Troopl beyond our friends and colleagues!
Ken Moo
Are we able to bring our team on board and communicate via the platform?
Tristan Viney
@kenmoo Hey Ken 👋. Great question! You can onboard your team in a few seconds by simply copy/pasting their emails at once and Troopl will send them an email to set their PW. Then your team will be able to start referring awesome people in their network to opportunities at your company. We haven't built a way for teams to communicate through Troopl though.

Every referral system I've used has been painful - you guys have cracked it, this is how it should work 👏
Tristan Viney
@jackealcock you're making me blush. I'm super glad to hear you're a fan 💪.

The sooner we replace pesky recruiters with Troopl the better. Good luck with the hunt gents! 👍

@snakecharmer Oh that would be the day 😅 we're sure there are some absolutely incredible recruiters out there... it's just @bennerus and I yet to meet one
Paul Hart

@samuel_briskar what do you know — we're big, big fans of the illustrations too 😅 they do such a great job at conveying inclusivity and friendliness. They're also one of the first things people comment on. So hats off to you, sir.
