People often have two or more jobs in their lives. What about you? Is your career expanding? And how many jobs have you had and do you think you will have in the future?
Sometimes I have a feeling I could use my potential more. E.g. Spending too much time on the internet I could go exercise or read books. Not taking advantage of relationships in terms of networking I should socialise more and ask for help (because I do not do that.). Not being a part of some co-working or so I could have more friends and we could create some projects. ---------- Are you aware of something in your life that keeps you behind?
How do you overcome it or compensate?
Mine is to protect your peak hours. Here's a simple framework: First, master comms before mastering the schedule: Write with brutal clarity (lists, short sentences, no fluff) Drop links to all docs you mention (simple + helpful) Optimise for easy decisions & yes/no answers Explain why it matters for better context Bundle your comments and feedback Then hack your energy patterns: Learn to listen when your energy peaks and dips Build your schedule around your energy levels Save admin work for low-energy hours Finally, switch locations sometimes: Connect with peers for shared energy & momentum Try working from cafes / co-works The goal is to find your balance, and protect it. And the best way how to do that is to work on your own terms, and dodge energy draining back and forths.
After TikTok and CapCut was banned in the US over the weekend, Meta announced it's new video editing app as an alternative to CapCut. The TikTok is now partially restored crediting Trump with restoring service. As a result of President Trump s efforts, TikTok is back in the U.S.! the message reads on the app. It's still missing from the app store. What do you think will happen next? Share your thoughts in the comments. :)
How many hours do you spend on crafting emails + replying to work messages everyday?
How many hours do you spend on tracking project progress and follow-ups everyday? I personally spend 2 hours on emails & messages, another 1 hour on project tracking. But maybe 1-2 hours joggling around tasks and wasted. Wonder if there's any good AI or SaaS tools to reduce the time spent on the above tasks?
My name is Vio, and I am the co-founder of a mental health app designed to help individuals navigate challenges in their personal and professional lives. Our app offers self-therapy journeys crafted by top psychologists, each with unique expertise in addressing specific issues. We are a team of 7 at the moment and what I am looking for is to find the best solution for giving feedback to each other. Can you share how you do that in your team? (much appreciated)
