I am a MBA graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a background in Supply Chain Management and a passion for operational excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, where I lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and focus on developing teams, improving processes, and delivering results. Over the past year, I have successfully managed multiple operational shifts, contributed to continuous improvement initiatives that helped my site earn both DHL Northeast DC of the Year and Customer DC of the Year recognition, and I supported labor-sharing efforts across multiple facilities, including an e-commerce startup operation.
