We're Techstars/Georgia Tech alums who hate how hard advertising is. Shipping great ads feels like juggling prompts, freelancers, ad managers, and spreadsheets.
Are you the kind of person who believes in your dream enough to burn through most of your savings on it?
For millionaires, this might not be a big deal, but what about people with a typical 9 5 job? I see how much a solid marketing campaign costs on just one platform (often the monthly expense is equal to at least a full year s salary).
The day before yesterday, a friend told me he and his wife are closing their restaurant, which they opened just six months ago. They had taken a loan for it, which makes it even worse.
I love browsing the upcoming launch list. But whenever I do it makes me think of all the apps I would love somebody to build. These are things that I am not capable of building or don't have the time, but need for my business. For example, there are lots of AI bots being launched trained on website data but I wish there was one where I could BYO my own API key and had a low price to cater to small and medium blogs. That's just one idea of many swerling in my head. What are your ideas...? And is the idea of a wishlist that developers could look at and get inspiration from on Product Hunt a good feature wish itself?
I am looking for tools that help with accountability and tracking my to do lists between personal tasks and work, know of a 2 in 1 tool. Tell, am super keen to try.
One of the primary aims of new products is to increase the waitlist until the public launch. What is the most effective strategy you've used to expand your waitlist and ensure it works?
Your launches are pure gold. So are you. That s why we re introducing Maker Minutes. We re doing our best to shine on a light on the talented and interesting makers that make up the Product Hunt community. One small way you can participate is sharing self-recorded videos of yourself answering some casual questions about yourself that we will selectively share on our socials so the broader community can get to know you and what you re working on better.

So I was on walk the other day and was thinking about how we've seen lots of great technologies recently but that the best use cases hadn't been created yet. One idea that I had is a personal home AI device that is upgradeable, secure and mindful of your privacy. Connect your home and mobile devices to it and it can monitor all your files, documents and media without it being sent to third parties who might resell your data or use it for marketing. It could even do things we haven't trained it on like discover patterns in our walking habits, suggest we upscale or colorize old photos of family members using neural networks.
