We create personalized meal plans, generate intelligent grocery lists, and guide users toward higher-quality ingredients while optimizing for fiber, micronutrients, and overall balance. Nuven reduces the mental load of feeding a family by identifying nutritional blind spots and improving ingredient-level decisions — from recipes to packaged foods. Before founding Nuven, I spent nearly 20 years in data, product, and strategy, leading analytics and growth initiatives at high-growth tech companies and consulting firms.
