I'm curious about something as I prepare for an upcoming launch. For those who've done cold outreach to potential hunters or supporters: What percentage of cold messages do you think actually lead to a successful outcome (like securing a hunter, getting valuable feedback, or even just an upvote)?

I'm about to start an experiment to track my own cold outreach performance, and I'd love to hear your educated guesses or experiences in the comments. What kind of success rates have you seen or heard about in this space?

I know a lot of fellow builders who take months to build a product that has not been tested in the market. Then there are others who build the product in days or weeks, test it in the markets and decide whether to continue to build it or abandon it.

For me, I was certain that my product is validated and needed in the market. It took me about 4 months to build the MVP.

Anyone else noticing this insane wave of AI startups lately? It feels like every other launch is "AI-powered," which is cool, but let's be honest, how many of these are actually built to last?

I'm seeing record investments pouring into AI, yet we also see a ton of these projects just... disappear. It makes you wonder, right? Are we chasing hype, or are there real, sustainable businesses emerging from all this?
