💡 What do you do to have better ideas?

What's one thing you do everyday that has nothing to do with your product - but makes you a better founder?

Reading?
Walking?
Talking with people?
Cooking?
Something completely random?

For me, it's collecting information from different spheres.

I feel like the more diverse inputs I get, the richer my neural connections become - and the more interesting ideas and combinations I can create.
Also, walking helps a lot. Some of the best ideas appear when I'm away from the screen and my brain has space to connect the dots.
What do you do to have better ideas and build faster?

What onboarding the first thirty founders by hand is teaching me

I am onboarding the first thirty founders into FounderFlow myself, one call at a time. No signup form, no automated email sequence. Just me watching how each person actually runs their business before I let the software near it.

It is slower than I planned. It is also teaching me things a form would never surface. One founder tracked her whole business through a shared notes app between three phones. Another had a rule that nothing counted as urgent unless a customer called twice. I would not have known to build for either of those cases if I had not sat with them first.

😻 What makes you open Product Hunt?

After creating an account on Product Hunt, opening it slowly became a daily habit for me.
Checking new products, reading discussions, discovering what others are building...
One day I noticed there s a day streak feature I didn t even know about and honestly was surprised =D
After launching RunEvr, opening Product Hunt became even more exciting - now we're not only discovering products, but also watching our own journey and growth here.
Curious: what makes you the most come back to Product Hunt every day?
Is it:
discovering new products?
joining discussions?
supporting makers?
following trends?
Something else?
