Asana
Asana has a lot of features that you can utilize to improve workflow within your team(s), The scheduling options are serviceable and you can work on task management quite quickly and efficiently. To be successful on Asana, it gets quite expensive to expand your teams and pay for your seats. Asana in itself is a wonderful working product, but it can get a bit boring for users sometimes which unfortunately in turn promotes less usage overall in employees. Overall Asana is good, but there are better options at more affordable prices that basically do the same thing and sometimes even do it better.

Monday is a great management app for securing data efficiently from clients, businesses and investors. The management app for software companies is an extremely viable option, as the management features are available for both Development Teams and General Team management (and whatever breakout teams you want to add to it). Recommended for small or big teams.

Telegram 4.7
Telegram was a premier messaging and networking app until the Founder sold the Data Rights to the Government of France due to issues with their encryption services being taken advantage of. Still has a nice amount of functionalities via the premium version (kind of expensive but the experience is much better. I'd say premium is necessary if you use it every single day, and use it as currently intended; as a business or management app vs just for contact info and networking.

Slack
Slack gives us the ability as a team to continuously organize our day-day in one place. Simple, effective and staying in contact is easy. The connect apps section is goated and you can't really beat the channel making process; much easier on the eyes than Discord and still better functionally than Telegram.
Twitter
Twitter (now X) is the place to be. It has a bit of brain rot nowadays, but you can't see breaking news anywhere quicker than X. There has been additional features added in the last 6-8 months, including improvements on the User/Company Statistics UI UX, Grok updates, among a levy of things Elon Musk has put in the pipeline to make X a true life-all-in-one. Use X or you miss out on news or quick industry updates from who you follow. Don't use it if you like touching grass.

LinkedIn
Our experience on Linkedin has been well above average. It isn't impossible to build a social standing in the app via organic methods if you're starting at a small scale. Premium is a bit expensive, but the 10 invitations/codes you can handout to give free month trials to individuals of your choosing is a big plus, but the majority of the premium features beyond allowing you to connect with more individuals weekly leaves something to be desired. Ads can get very pricy but can assist in a variety of marketing options during specific campaigns as a company. The UI UX is fairly tolerable (especially in darkmode) and there isn't any place on the Internet to connect with industry specific and potentially hire-ready individuals at a moments notice quite like Linkedin.

Around.co
Around has many unique features and has come a long way from an indie app to a now-recently acquired competitor to many household names such as Zoom and Google Meets. The wacky camera options, optional breakout rooms with timers to increase productivity and of course the automated transcripts during recorded calls makes this one of the most well rounded team apps available; when your recordings don't get corrupted and you lose everything from a meeting.

CapCut
Cap cut has free options that allow for beginner editors to get their feet wet without breaking the bank on something like Adobe Photoshop or Vegas Pro. It comes with more comprehensive options at the Pro level and it's a bit less of a hit on the wallet if you're double checking you really want to make editing your second gig.

Canva
Canva has the versatility of an All-In-One monster in the design/management/video editing world where you don't ever technically have to leave the app to make things work. The key features that have kept Canva a longstanding winner have been some of the early on key-contributors such as Free Element/Pic art Access (even though the premium pics are OBVIOUSLY better) , fluid functions that create a more dynamic atmosphere on presentations of all shapes and sizes, and the very lengthy and almost overwhelming list of available design types in many shapes sizes and colors. Canva is a must try for anyone working on designing something. It's FREE. But premium is goated.

Figma
Figma has been detrimental as a product design toolkit in finding success here at Stakit. Without the fluid functionality of Figma, there would be much more roadblocks for the Product Team to have to handle on a regular basis. Figma should be used by every team managing a products design process.
Notion
Notion is a fantastic data management & storage tool that allows for ease of access across team members to pertinent information needed for successful organization of your Company/team. The scripting can be seen as difficult for a novice, but it makes up for it with the fact that they are very few ways for the scripts to break once you have outlined them for success. My favorite features include the database management, icon customization options and the new Calendar feature.
