For small systems, it’s not a big issue, but when you try to scale up to a larger system, optimization becomes a problem. And that only becomes apparent when the service is actually running.

I think of it as fast prototyping without a server. By leveraging external data APIs and building things quickly, it’s great for organizing and clarifying my ideas in real time.

I think it’s more about building quickly and discarding. Even if you start from scratch, the code isn’t meant to be final, it’s useful for rapidly deciding your ideas, conceptualizing them, and communicating your thoughts.

I think it largely comes down to whether a database is being built or not. If the database continuously grows and remains consistent, a lifetime option can be beneficial.

I really think a service like this needs to exist especially as a no-code solution. Most of the UX and flows are already standardized anyway, so if it’s built well, it could be really great.

Honestly, I felt the same way when I started my company without any prior work experience. It felt like I had nothing to reference, no real baseline to compare or learn from. Even the people giving me feedback at the time… I wasn’t always sure they had enough experience themselves.

I don’t really start by thinking about monthly vs. annual pricing. I believe that part can come later. To me, annual plans only make sense if there’s enough user loyalty, and that’s something we should measure based on actual usage data. Right now, I’m focusing on identifying the features users truly want. I’m trying to separate the offerings based on what feels most essential to them. That’s...

I used to check reviews a lot in the beginning, but not so much anymore. We’re setting up a separate channel to collect real user feedback directly. Most of the time, app store reviews just say “this doesn’t work,” so we mainly use them for bug tracking and debugging purposes.

There was a moment I’ll never forget. I once told my team lead that I was planning to leave the company. I was nervous about bringing it up ,unsure how to say it, afraid of disappointing him. But his response completely caught me off guard. He simply said, “You must’ve gone through a lot emotionally.” That one sentence really stayed with me. Even though he must’ve felt surprised or even...

I’ve been experimenting with session recordings to see how people actually use the product. And honestly, I’ve been getting way more useful insights than I expected sometimes even more than directly asking users. It helps me see things like how far they scroll, where they drop off, and what paths they take. That, in turn, helps us understand how we should respond or improve the flow....

I usually start preparing about a month or two before launch. The real starting point tends to be when the MVP is ready enough to show. And now… I’m starting to feel the pressure of promotion 😅 I’m thinking a lot about this: How can I make it stand out? What could be that edge -the thing that grabs people’s attention right away?

The decision-makers themselves probably won’t be replaced. But everything leading up to that decision? I think all of that could be automated.

It keeps breaking my existing code or randomly installing things I didn’t ask for. It works well for brand-new projects, but when I’m working in an existing codebase, it often generates things using different conventions or logic and that really throws me off. I wonder if this kind of issue can even be solved. Also, I keep asking myself: can I really trust everything it says 100%? I often have...

I need a big desk. I just can’t focus if it’s one of those setups with only a monitor and nothing else. Sometimes I need to write things down by hand or sketch ideas so I really need enough physical space to spread things out. Even if it’s a bit noisy around me, I’m fine as long as my desk feels spacious and mine.
