About

elSapiens helps businesses think, decide, and execute better. We don’t position ourselves as a software vendor. We act as business problem-solving partners. What we do: • Understand business models and customer journeys • Identify friction, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities • Design practical, outcome-driven solutions • Build software and systems that execute those solutions Focus areas: – Business problem structuring – Customer pain analysis – Product & solution strategy – Execution through technology We work like cofounders with the companies we partner with — thinking with them, not just building for them.

Anyone else find marketing harder than actually building the product?

We've been building Dots, a macOS app that turns the notch into a customizable workspace.

And honestly, building the app has been the fun part haha.

We've spent countless hours working on features, fixing bugs, and improving the experience. But once we started putting Dots out there, we realized something.

Requirements vs outcomes: what do you build for?

Clients tell us what they want built. But often what they ask for isn't what they need. Do you build exactly what's asked, or dig into what they're really trying to achieve? How do you handle it when the two don't match?

What's the one thing that makes you leave a website instantly?

For me, it's not finding the price. What's yours? Curious to see if founders and visitors agree.
