GPT-5.1 represents a meaningful step forward in LLM capabilities. Three key improvements stand out:

1. Engine Segmentation & Personality Presets

The ability to segment different engine types with distinct personalities is genuinely useful. As a GTM builder, this means I can deploy contextually-optimized responses without extensive prompt engineering overhead.

2. Superior Instruction Following

The model now handles multi-step constraints simultaneously. Complex instructions that previously required 3-4 iterations now work on the first try. This directly reduces latency in production systems.

3. Improved Tone Adaptation

GPT-5.1 understands conversational context better. It shifts tone appropriately based on input, which matters more than people realize for enterprise adoption. Technical superiority loses to human-like interaction every time.

The Real Unlock: This isn't a revolutionary leap. It's a solid incremental advance that compounds when deployed at scale. The real advantage goes to teams building on top of this—not those claiming AGI is here.

Google NotebookLM Plus
One of the most unique product in the segment, there are multiple use cases. I used it to record my article as a podcast and showcase in Substack, worked beautifully. Except the voices/ edit controls Idon't find any negatives in this voice product.

Gumloop
Super easy to use, I just love the way you can configure anything in Gumloop. Much better than @Make or @n8n...ideal for folks who are not too well versed with heavy duty technical automation.

Canva
I'm using it very regularly for the last 2-3 years, their recent MCP connector with Claude is super awesome and easy to use. Earlier my website was on Canva but it had single page restrictions, now I've moved to Gamma. Their Document AI is hopeless and not very user friendly.

Notion
Super simple to use, the workspace is quite well organised. I would definitely recommend it to individuals, small business owners and functional heads who wish to be more productive. The recent AI initiatives are quite decent. What I don't like about it is their MCP connector is not very stable and regularly disconnects in Claude desktop.
