What's great

Setting up a digital hub for my Pokémon and collectibles trading course was surprisingly intuitive with this platform. The excellent prompt understanding allowed for good and fast prototyping, turning my niche knowledge into a professional-looking rapid application without needing a computer science degree.

The design capabilities and user-friendly interface made the frontend development feel seamless, even for someone more comfortable with physical cards than code. Integrating Supabase to manage student data and GitHub for version control provided a solid foundation for my MVP builder. While the deeper technical integrations take a moment to grasp, the speed of getting this to market is unmatched for anyone looking to share their expertise.

What needs improvement

I’m thrilled with how the course looks, but the learning curve for complex logic like setting up specific tiered access for different student levels took a few extra tries to get exactly right. The excellent prompt understanding usually nails it, but for very multi-layered 'if-this-then-that' scenarios, you have to be extremely disciplined with your descriptions. I’d also love to see a slightly more robust built-in library for video hosting specifically, rather than relying solely on external embeds.

vs Alternatives

I was focused on scalability and the 'vibe' of the community. Collectibles are all about the visuals, so I needed the design capabilities to look slick, not like a 2005 forum. But I also thought about future-proofing. If I want to add a community chat or a live auction feature down the road, Biela’s MVP builder logic means I’m not hitting a dead end. I also really valued the prompt understanding being able to describe a 'trading card gallery' and having it actually understand the layout I wanted saved me weeks of frustration.

What's great

workflow automation (14)no coding required (5)saves time (10)time-saving automation (7)

Zapier is one of those apps that has worked wonders for my team. With 10 reps handling 50 to 100 calls each day it helps out team focus on the sales not the admin. I love how it instantly pushes abandoned cart items and Facebook leads into our CRM and pings Slack so we can call in seconds. By automating all the grunt work and lead distribution, my team is better able to focus on closing, not admin. It’s like having an extra operations manager

What needs improvement

As I had more and more of my team begin to use it to scale up more processes and work flows we found that the pricing model begin to rise, to a pint where I wasn't sure how much more we could do with it for the cost we were paying.

vs Alternatives

we looked at n8n and found n8n is better for complex, high-volume data processing if you have a developer or a tech minded team. Zapier is better for my sales team letting us move at real time speed without a dev team.
