5x founder, first-time poster ~ built something unique for serious entrepreneurs

Hey.
I'm Samim, a 5x founder building siift.ai ~ an executive filter that helps serious entrepreneurs & growing startups focus on the right things at the right time to build a successful business, by consolidating data, tools and teams into an ai-native workspace.

I quit my day job to start siift over a year ago, because I realized AI was only amplifying "Vibe-founding" and making entrepreneurship more noisy. I needed an AI that actually fit the unique needs of entrepreneurial journey... the uncertainty, the iteration, the misalignment, and the sheer volume + diversity of work we must do... something that shallow chatbots and aimless agents just couldn't keep up with.
We've been systematically building this for over a year and currently in open beta, with a pretty cool (patent-pending) AI harness that I genuinely believes is unlike anything else.
I've admired PH for a long time but never brought myself to post or launch here before... hoping to connect with like-minded folks who think a lot about where entrepreneurship is going as an industry and how we can steer AI to the benefit the many, not just the few.
Feel free with questions, especially tough ones... I know its a competitive space.

How many users does it take to validate a product?

When you're a first-time founder/maker, and you're the only person using your own product, you probably overlook important things. That's why you need to test the product with as many people as possible.

The problem is that time is limited. You have to decide not only how many people will test it, but also who those people should be.
