Is lead volume dead? Or do teams still want bigger lists?

We re seeing a shift from more leads to better signals.
LeadVault is built around the idea that a smaller list of verified, high-intent prospects is often worth far more than thousands of scraped contacts.
I m curious where the community stands: do you still optimize for volume, or have you fully moved to quality and intent?

If you want, I can also turn these into more viral / more opinionated / more professional versions for Product Hunt comments.

We were tired of paying for leads that never converted

Like a lot of founders, we kept running into the same issue: lead lists looked good on paper, but half the emails bounced and the rest had no real intent.
So we built LeadVault to do the opposite find real demand first, verify it, then package it into something sales teams can actually use.
If you re in GTM, what s the worst lead-gen waste you ve dealt with?

We built a lead engine that only surfaces verified demand

LeadVault scans public platforms for companies that have already shown buying intent, then runs every lead through a verification pipeline before it ever reaches a CRM.
No bloated databases. No guessing.
Just verified, CRM-ready leads built for teams that care about pipeline quality over volume.
What s your biggest pain right now: lead quality, verification, or outreach conversion?
