When I worked at Meta, engineers would obsess over their diffs and lines of code and how they compared with others to make sure they were meeting expectations and productive. But those are proxies for productivity at best, especially with AI, so glad you're taking an approach to this that's more nuanced. I think engineers, as well as managers, will get value out of this for their improvement.

We're early users of Voicepanel at Magic Hour, and we've been very happy. The team is amazing and they've helped us with things from usability tests to user surveys. Getting insights from users and turning them into actionable insights is really hard, especially for startups, and a product like this does wonders for allowing founders to scale.
