Only just getting started, but it looks to be an improved version of Pocket. The public lists appear to be more flexible and have a better user interface; plus there is the opportunity to embed lists on other sites.
This still works well in Dec 2022 for public repositories; I haven't added a private token in order to test that functionality.
N.B. The formatting is mismatched on the file size indicator though: it's rendered in black vs Github's grey.
