It’s a good food for thought. In my opinion, PH might be a good place to find the founding member (co-founder and founding engineer). The community is very much driven by passion and the latest tech. So I believe PH is a suitable platform to post jobs for early members in your team. I might be wrong too

Actually there is no such thing as dream job. Today you might like doing one thing and it will change in the next 5 years. Would that still your dream job? What I would like to think about my job is how can I contribute to make the customer successful. Stay relevant to the problem
