2026 and your goals. Let's try to set them for Q1.

Since I haven't been able to meet my work goals very well in the last few quarters, I now plan to approach them more systematically and not push myself too hard on work goals, as that ultimately led to problems that made my plan less sustainable.

So here is my structure and list:

How do you increase your productivity when working from home?

Working from home has a ton of traps, like:

  • Family members think that just because you re home, you re always available and need to drop everything for them.

  • Your workday can stretch across the entire day, and sometimes you don t even know when to stop.

  • You start missing real social contact.

  • But it also has some huge upsides:

  • You save time and money on commuting.

  • You can sleep in a little longer.

  • You get to schedule your day exactly how it suits you.

Where do you think humanoids will adapt more quickly? In a factory environment or at home?

I just read an article from TechCrunch about how Robotics company 1X has struck a deal to send up to 10,000 Neo humanoid robots originally marketed for home use (but they want to focus on factory use in the future, although that was their original intention).

This made me think about several things:

What does it "cost" to build a community on Product Hunt?

Many of you sometimes write to me in DMs asking how to position yourself on Product Hunt.

From the question, I always get the feeling that people want to speed up the process, publish something quickly, get a high position in the ranking of launched products and a badge. But this is a long-term game.

The last month of 2025 is here. How are you planning to use it?

Some of you set resolutions for this year, and soon you ll be looking back to see how well you did.

Before that moment comes, what do you want to finish or achieve in this final month?

What hidden barriers that you wishing could have known earlier when launching a game or a product?

I bet you've been the situation where you feel you could have known earlier and do earlier to make a better result on something, it could be a game, a product or whichever you would like to introduce to other people. Yet, there are so many hidden barriers(or shall we call it "rules") to follow before you be able to do that. So, I would like share some of the marketing exp for an indie game developer like me to make life easier(since I found it's much more time consuming on marketing compared to coding).

  • Give yourself real lead time. Don t plan to launch 2 3 weeks after the core game is done marketing and hidden launch work take much longer.

  • Start building your community early. Once you have something trailer-ready, set up Discord, Steam Community, subreddit, socials, Twitch, YouTube, and a simple studio site for credibility.

  • Set up Twitch + IGDB together. Add your game as a Twitch/IGDB category early so streamers can actually select it.

  • Prepare press keys and curators in advance. Use a proper Steam override/press package (not your test or retail one), plan Curator Connect outreach, and don t hesitate to ask Valve support for guidance.

  • Don t do it all alone(unless you are fully committed to this! ) If launch plus dev is overwhelming, lean on friends for outreach or hire targeted help for PR, emails, or other launch tasks.

This part focusing on the marketing side from the entire loop. And I'm sure you might want to share some of your exp there too, right? What have you encountered when you publishing your games or products? xDD

One More 6ix - How many rolls will it take before hit that perfect streak

A non-idle clicker where the dice rarely favor you. Roll dice. Hit sixes. Hold the streak. With almost no luck to start, can you land nine sixes in a row?

What do you lack in the learning apps and what you like?

Two or three days ago, I was asking how to approach learning languages.

You listed many websites and applications that are helpful in your learning process to acquire a new skill.

I can bet you tried many solutions and have an overview of them, so I will ask a few more questions to observe this area:

Can AI take control of a robot?

The AI researchers at Andon Labs, the people who gave Anthropic Claude an office vending machine to run, and hilarity ensued, have published the results of a new AI experiment.

They wanted to see if LLMs were technically capable of functioning as a robot s brain, that is, connecting their thinking (textual decision-making) with real sensors and movement.

What is your opinion on artificial intelligence companions (their harm and regulation)?

Currently reading about the move of California:

The state has become the first U.S. state to regulate AI companion chatbots. Governor Gavin Newsom signed SB 243, a new law requiring companies like OpenAI, Meta, Character AI, and Replika to implement safety protocols protecting children and vulnerable users.

Do you think TikTok will sell its U.S. stake? + Quick summary

Just to make it clear:

In 2022, it became public that TikTok (or rather its parent company ByteDance) had used the app to monitor the communication of journalists in the U.S.

What advice would you give to a newcomer who is going to submit to Product Hunt for the first time?

Today, I am co-organising my first hackathon in my country, and I will give a talk to the participants about Product Hunt as one of the ways to distribute a product.

Some participants may hear about the platform for the first time, and I would like to encourage them a little in building and launching products.

How do you manage to focus on your work when so many things are falling apart?

It's a rule that when one aspect of life is going well, the others are somehow failing.

At the moment, things couldn't be better on the work front:

  • I have a great team, and the company is doing well.

  • I'm praised for the results I deliver and the progress I'm making.

  • My networks are growing, and there's more and more interest in my sponsorships.

  • More people want to work together.

  • And I'm co-organising 2 offline events.

5 lessons from talking to 100+ teams building voice AI agents

Real-time voice AI is young, and the tools and infrastructure that will power its future are being built right now.

After working with and speaking to hundreds of teams building voice AI agents, we ve learned a lot.

Would you trust an AI to add items to a shopper’s cart?

Hey Hunter, Sheraz here (CTO/Co-founder). I m exploring a shift from support chatbots to a sales agent that actually helps shoppers decide and places items in the cart when they say yes.

What we re testing that s different:

  • Decisioning, not deflection: compare two products in-chat with real specs/stock.

  • Zero training ingest: it learns catalog, price, and inventory automatically.

  • Timed nudges: smart bundles/discounts only at the moment of intent.

  • One outcome: add to cart right inside chat + clear funnel/AOV analytics.

I d love your take on three things:

Which European country will become a startup "mecca"?

America has always been seen as a place where tech startups are born (especially Silicon Valley and San Francisco).

Historically, Europe has been a place for universities and banks (Italy, etc.)

✅ POLL: What do you think OpenAI are announcing today?

ICYMI: OpenAI posted a cryptic tweet yesterday, announcing a livestream for today at 10am PT. The cryptic part? They swapped the S for a 5 , which, of course, set off a wave of GPT-5 speculation. But this is OpenAI, and at this point, GPT-5 rumors feel like a monthly tradition.

What do you think it is?

Augment Code releases CLI Claude Code competitor Auggie

I don't hear about Augment as much as I do Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code etc. but they've also raised more than $200M, so it must be decent.

They just announced the release of a CLI tool, Auggie, to compete with Claude Code.

Some Weirdly Cool Creations with Magic Canvas
