Hotjar is great for getting user feedback, whether it be by creating surveys, asking them to rate your page, or using recordings to get "silent" feedback. Moreover, you can brand their tools to make them go with the rest of your website. However, since they limited usage on the free plan, I use Hotjar less.
I mostly use canva to make presentations. It's so easy to use -- if you're still using Google Slides or Powerpoint, don't hesitate to make the switch to Canva. You can manage permissions easily. The Whiteboard feature is also useful in Canva, I replaced Mural/ Miro with this feature. Lastly, I use Canva to make visuals for social networks from time to time. Need to replace several design tools? Go for Canva.

Figma is a great tool not only for designers, but also for product and development teams. Everything is centralized in once place and helps improve communication between teams.
Careful about "editor" rights -- you may pay for an extra seat without realizing it!
