Great idea Soumil! Excited for Saidar's future. Just curious - how does it handle recovery if one step in the workflow fails? For example, let's say one step requires a particular API which is down at the time of execution. What happens in this case?

Just with unlimited seats and AI automation, this is like saving at least 80-90% when comparing with Intercom/Zendesk! Big congrats on the launch guys. The AI action feature seems great, but how much authority does it have? Can it initiate refunds, or handle multistep workflows where human intervention is mostly required?

Congratulations on the launch! I wanna ask, how robust is the AI in understanding the complex brand guidelines? There are many "thumb rules" like logo placement rules, or advanced typography, etc. And how much flexibility does a user have in editing a generated item without spending credits?
