Just to share a glimpse of my penetration strategy - I personally like identifying a deep niche, to penetrate a market. Wouldn't it be easier to break the tip of the pyramid than to break anything below it? I have also worked as marketer for a multinational consumer brand for over 2 years. I like to use my years of experience in the market to understand how consumers/users behave and design my strategies accordingly. Outside of work, you can find me with my friends and family. Sometimes in the Himalayas, sometimes in the middle of an ocean.
