@busmark_w_nika hi, in my case, the mobile game I created during high school student became a huge hit, and the significant sales revenue led to the establishment of a company. I experienced significant difficulties, but I believe they helped me grow tremendously. I am currently starting a new venture to implement blockchain and gamification in society.

Hi, in my case, when there are competitors, pricing is usually determined based on how well we can differentiate our product and what advantages it offers. In areas where there are no competitors, we work backwards from the question of how much benefit the customer would gain by adopting the product. That said, we haven’t yet arrived at a definitive method — pricing is always a long journey...

AI’s coding abilities have already gone beyond what humans can do in many situations. So yes, I don’t think we’ll be going back. Of course, AI still sometimes writes incorrect code or overlooks unexpected security risks, but I believe it’s only a matter of time before those issues are addressed.
Is "normal coding" ever coming back?

I usually try out one or two new tools each week to see if they can make my workflow a bit smoother. I completely understand how challenging it feels to move away from something you’ve relied on for years. What works well for me is to run the new tool alongside the old one, instead of switching everything at once. I’ll test it out on just part of my daily tasks. Over time, I get used to the...

I became fascinated with blockchain (web3) and started my forth startup 10 years ago, and the social impact it has (individual empowerment) continues to be highly motivating to me. 1. The experience of failure is to gain anti-patterns for the business and always increases the certainty of success. 2. Above all, it is important to imagine the smiles on people's faces when the project is successful.
What is your source of motivation after a failure?

It is good that developpers are learning about it for better customer experience. Even if a feature is excellent, it means nothing if it is not used smoothly and does not lead to their satisfaction. I think the value added of a developer who can do that in the design phase of implementation is really high.
Should a developer know basic (or more) design? If so, why?
