🧹 Lancetta 0.62.0 — what your coding agents leave behind

Lancetta 0.62.0 is out Maintenance now cleans up after your coding agents, and reads Claude Code's settings the way Claude Code does.

1. Storage

Codex installs that stopped halfway, old server releases, empty git folders, files ChatGPT copied out, build caches of ended sessions, Chrome's clones: each with what it frees and why it can go. Nothing a running program holds is offered, and it all goes to the Trash.

Do Lifetime Deals destroy your long term support bandwidth?

We ran a Lifetime Deal to bring in fast cash flow and early feedback. While it brought quick cash, thousands of one time buyers ended up draining 80% of our support resources for years, slowing down our path to stable monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Did running an LTD help jumpstart your SaaS or slow down your MRR growth?

Ai content is why nobody trusts founders anymore

Strong claim, hear me out.

Every founder update reads the same now. "excited to share," emoji bullets, fake vulnerability about the rollercoaster. doesn't matter if it's real or not, it all sounds identical.

Noticed this hard while hiring. read every dm myself for a growth role. most were obviously ai-generated, same tone, zero thought put in. the ones that stood out were rough, specific, clearly written by someone who actually looked at the problem first.

Think the same thing's eating founder credibility. people used to trust a post because it sounded like someone actually figured something out.
