🔌 Every feature you ship should also be an endpoint

The rule is simple: if your product can do something, code should be able to do it too. Chat, reports, settings, whatever. One feature, two surfaces.

This has always been good practice, but agents just changed the math on it completely.

Is AppSumo a natural next step after Product Hunt for early-stage SaaS products?

We recently joined @appsumo Radar , which got me thinking about the role AppSumo plays for early-stage SaaS products after a Product Hunt launch.

My impression is that it's a great opportunity to connect with engaged early adopters who are willing to explore new products, provide honest feedback, and help shape the roadmap while also becoming early customers.

I'm curious how other founders see it.

If you've launched on AppSumo, what was your experience?

What's the biggest mistake you've made during a product launch?

Something you thought was a great idea at the time, but looking back you'd do completely differently.

Could be:
Launching too early
Launching too late
Building features nobody asked for
Not talking to users enough
Focusing on the wrong metrics
Having zero launch plan

Let's help each other avoid painful lessons.

What's your story?
