LedgerLens - Statements to spreadsheets, privately.

LedgerLens is a native desktop app that turns messy PDF bank statements into clean, spreadsheet-ready rows. It auto-detects different bank layouts, extracts every transaction — date, description, debit, credit, balance — and reconciles to the penny. Because it runs entirely on your device, your financial data is never uploaded, and you don't even need an account to start.

I built a private Mac vault that opens from the notch — losing my own API keys drove me to it 🔑

The problem that broke me: I was constantly losing my own stuff an API key I'd pasted into some chat, my bank account number, an app description I wrote once. All scattered across browser tabs, Notes, and old AI conversations. Every lookup was a 30-second scavenger hunt, ten times a day.

So I built Cubby a native macOS menu-bar app that keeps the little things you look up all day in named compartments you control ("Personal", "API Keys", "Bank").

How it works: hover the notch (or hit Space) a glass island drops from the top type to filter hit return it's copied. About a second, start to finish.

What makes it different:

Cubby - Your Mac's little details, one keystroke away

Cubby lives in your Mac's menu bar. Hit a hotkey and an elegant panel pops up with your named compartments — phone, API keys, bank details, snippets. Type, press return, it's copied. On-device AI finds anything by meaning. 100% local. Nothing leaves your Mac.
