Two years ago, I was building my first product, InterviewJam. It took me a long time how to build, design, promote, and launch my product. Now I am building a directory of tools help new founders get there faster. newbiebuildertools.com helps new founders find the right tools early on in their journey. If you re a first time builder looking to build and launch your product, I would love any feedback.
Why am I talking about it? Because Twitter is our Top-2 traffic source for www.makerbox.club, requiring a $0 budget. Consistency and personal brand pay off. Here're the learnings: 1. Niche down
2. Treat your Twitter profile like a product
3. Create a content matrix
4. Mix professional and personal
5. Don't spam with your product
6. Focus on your experience, not on the theory
7. Don't be a copycat
8. Connect with people
9. Be kind
10. Experiment a lot What would you add?
Do you have a particular WHY or reason for your side projects? If not, how are you personally staying disciplined, motivated, and focused on achieving your side project-related goals?
Procrastination is HUGE and is one of the many demons that prevents you from getting stuff done. What are some ways that have personally helped you overcome this rather all-too-common obstacle? Here's a couple that have worked for me: - I try to set deadlines and adhere to them. I don't always meet my deadlines, but it at least helps give me a nudge into completing something by X date. - I try to break tasks into smaller and manageable steps. This helps reduce the cognitive overload that a big project has. How about you?

I worked in various roles in my life as an employee vs. entrepreneur and have had success either way. Given an option, I would always want to be an entrepreneur, as the option to create something amazing gives me immense satisfaction. Let me know your thoughts
Share a few ideas for the community!! We are live with SamurAI Please support our launch, we are live https://www.producthunt.com/post... We would need to surely de-stress after the launch on the Weekend.
Hello everyone! As someone relatively new to the community, I've been blown away by the creativity and drive of fellow makers. I'm eager to connect and build friendships with like-minded individuals who share my passion for building and making an impact. I'm curious to hear about your experiences connecting with other makers. How have you successfully made friends in the community, and what strategies or approaches do you recommend for someone new and looking to build meaningful relationships?
Hey Product Hunt I'm Mansour, and I'm working on KloutUp - a page to share all your online presence, from Twitter to your photos to your Calendly . This is my very first project on Product Hunt, in fact, I've been a developer for 2 years before that I worked at the factory. The launch was a great experience, I started coding KloutUP on December 20th and today March 9th, KloutuP has 650 users, 2 paying worldwide. The goal of this project was clearly to have users who could use Kloutup instead of the link in bio we already know. Great result, the launch was a huge love storm, unexpected for me, the second product of the day, and a lot of opportunity! Feel free to ask me questions about the creation of the project, the stack, how I manage with family life and a full-time job
Not putting too much pressure on employees while setting reasonable goals and responsibilities can be a strategy to support well-being. What do you think about employee well-being?
