It doesn’t work great for sourcing candidates so here’s hoping the new use case is viable

When you add a measurable matrix based off of subjective inputs, which is obviously what the demo suggests this software does, it doesn’t eliminate bias, nor nullifies it. It just makes existing biases literally systemic.

This is a pretty killer app for hiring better talent faster. Definitely worth checking out and looking forward to watching their future roadmap closely
