YC alum offering free pitch deck feedback

I'm a 3x founder, YC alum, and early-stage investor. I was lucky to back Zapier, Clever, Omaze, and a few others at the seed stage.

This summer I'm spending time helping early-stage founders and learning from them. If you're raising or planning to raise, I'm happy to review your deck and offer honest feedback to help you sharpen the story from an investor's perspective.

In return, I'd love to ask you a few quick questions about your fundraising experience. What's working, what's frustrating, and how you're thinking about it. It helps me better understand how founders are raising today and where the process breaks down.

If you're up for it, feel free to reply here or message me privately. You can email me directly if you like mike.stachowiak@gmail.com
No catch. Just hoping it's helpful for both of us.

How we hit top #1 on Product Hunt— and what I’d change next time to achieve way better results

Hi PH community,

My team and I just launched Byterover a self-improving memory layer for coding agents on AI IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf, and more.

We ve been sitting at #1 for the past 18 hours since launch. Super grateful but I also think we could ve done a lot better with better prep.

What was the very first project you vibecoded with AI?

On Product Hunt, I can see many people launching their products using "vibe-coding tools" like @Lovable , @bolt.new , or@Replit

I reckon many people who created something with them are usually developers who didn't have enough time for building a side idea before, but with AI, they could make it happen.

AI is everywhere...what’s one thing it still can’t do right?

I work with startup teams and use AI tools almost every day for writing, research, support, and more. It saves a lot of time, no doubt. But there are still things AI just can t do well.

For example, when reading customer feedback, AI often misses the real meaning behind the words, like when someone sounds polite but is actually unhappy. Or when making product decisions, AI can list pros and cons, but it doesn t really understand the bigger picture or timing like a human would.

How to write a Product Hunt comment during the launch day?

First things first:

Don't write the comment during the launch day, but before (prepare everything in advance)

Building an AI-Native OS for the Future of Work

A few months ago, while I was working on another project, I found myself incredibly frustrated by wasting valuable time switching between platforms, managing multiple subscriptions, and working with fragmented data. I called this the Three-Fold Problem. After discussing this with over 200 professionals from my personal network, it became clear that this was a significant problem that almost everyone I talked to was experiencing. There are thousands of great platforms out there. However, when mapping out the customer value chain, I noticed something.
Consider this example: a typical professional might rely on Superhuman for email, Slack for team communication, Notion for tasks, Dropbox for files and storage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, Zoom for meetings, Calendly for scheduling, Apollo or Salesloft or Outreach for outreach, HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM, and Crunchbase for data and as a media distribution channel. It s an incredibly fragmented environment.
Now imagine a team of 20 paying for this stack it adds up to over $80,000 per year, just to operate effectively.
While each of these tools provides value individually, using them collectively becomes value-eroding.
Although these SaaS solutions are essential for daily business operations, their combined use is costly, inefficient, and time-consuming, further validating the Three-Fold Problem and the demand for a solution.
As a result, Aiobis was born! Aiobis stands for All-In-One Business Interaction Suite, and it consolidates the typical business stack into a single access point powered by AI + Data.
Your personal, super-intelligent AI assistant. An AI-Native OS for the Future of Work, Privacy and Communication that understands goals, not clicks.
Not just another tool in the stack, but The Stack itself.
Where Work Gets Done.

Pushing forward

Only a few days remain until Aiobis opens to the public, and we are working around the clock to bring everything to life. It s a challenging process, but things are shaping up, and we re confident you will love the result.
