AMA: I built a community app for cardiac recovery – ask me anything about the journey or the app

Almost three years ago, I had a "widow-maker" heart attack at 50 outside of my gym at 4:45am waiting for the doors to open. After a week on ECMO and dialysis, I made it through physically, but the mental side - the anxiety, PTSD, and endless questions - were brutal and isolating.
