I spent last month testing some assumptions like: founders want to meet others in-person. These assumptions failed as it's not as simple as that. There are some intricacies.

Well, I think will come back to the original asusmption that sort of worked. People liked being on the map, sharing their profile, and getting discovered.

We re building SmartDial for outbound sales teams and shipping fast. Right now using Firebase, and it s getting tricky balancing speed with stability.

Curious how do you manage staging vs prod environments when you re still validating and iterating weekly?

Do you set both up properly from day one, or fake it until things stabilize?

I've been on this platform for over 2 years, and we have to admit that the number of tools that appear here every day is truly unimaginable.

Sometimes it's hard to select the best ones, but I have to say that some that I found a few months or years ago, I still use every day because they are useful to me in some way.

It allows me to take beautiful screenshots surrounded by stunning backgrounds in literally a few seconds, where as I used to spend time chucking my screenshots into Figma and playing with the padding to make them look nice. I can't even guess how much time this has saved me
