Ever tried to engage users with a software product? It’s not easy. Trust me. Dozens of users tried MassProspecting during the private beta back in June. I recorded every session with SmartLook. Watched every click. Every hesitation. Then I tweaked the dashboard. Again. And again. Until every new user could use it without asking questions. No friction. Just flow. UX isn’t a feature. Most users are not getting engaged with the tool, even if the UI/UX is EXCELLENT and all of them understand it.
