Hey Chris, I love the look of your templates -- some of the best I've seen. But I'm having a lot of trouble getting font sizing right. It's cool to be able to adjust the relative font size w/in sections, but it makes it hard to get consistency across sections [ex: the name of my employer looks tiny compared to the name of my university even though both are set at the same relative size]. I like the look & feel of the app, but I don't get what makes this better than Voxer (my current "walkie talkie" app). Voxer got pretty popular among expats, but never seemed to really take off domestically. Any IDEOers on PH to give us the scoop on what ChitChat plans to do differently?

Can't wait to try this. In addition to your subscription model, will you also offer an a la carte option for the commitment-phobes?

I pre-ordered one too. I was happy with my ChargeKey (also from Nomad), but I hate pulling out my laptop on the plane just to charge my phone. And my portable backup battery takes up too much space in the seat pocket. NomadPlus sounds like it could do the trick...

Playing Fruit Ninja on the big screen sounds fun, but it seems like TouchPico could really be put to good use in the classroom. Any teachers on PH? How does TouchPico stack up against an interactive whiteboard?

Awesome to see a good team tackling a serious problem. Seems smart to offer two ways to buy at two different price points: human-coaching ($75/mo for weekly sessions) or virtual-only coaching ($10/mo). Anyone have intel on their customer acquisition strategy? Are they going through pediatricians or reaching out to parents directly?

I used Zirtual for awhile, but found the next-day turnaround time to be problematic. It seems like Jarvis might be better suited for quick immediate tasks (like restro reservations, flight bookings, or help managing your Inbox) while Zirtual's great if you need on-going support for more complex tasks (like sales prospecting or Internet research).
