Just migrated from Beehiiv, Postmark, and using Intercom for broadcast emails. Bringing it all into the Loops ecosystem. The process was super easy and straightforward and the Loops team is the most responsive and supportive of all the teams I've interacted with over the past while. Me and Fathom are like Peanut Butter and Jelly. 🫶 I've used all the other AI / meeting recording note-takers before but when Fathom came along it was love at first recording. The process and software is great. I really love the Mac app that helps you quickly highlight and bookmark. I've always found the recording to be much better at the summaries and highlights. Overall the UX was much better than Otter or Fireflies and I've loved how both simple and powerful it is.

We ❤️ Linear. We started out on Jira (I think we had some startup credits or something) and it also felt like a natural start coming from Agency-land. But Jira and the whole Atlassian stack feels bloated and over-done. Linear is elegant, simple, we LOVE the Mac and iPhone apps. Kudos to the Linear team!

Uploading, optimizing, and serving up images is.. well important to say the least for Stacklist. Uploadcare was the first and only choice we have been focused on since Stacklist was a young POC. I'd used so many different recording and streaming platforms in the past but when we launched our two podcasts I needed something that made 1) recording, 2) editing, and 3) publishing super simple so it didn't take too much overhead and time. Riverside totally does that. The AI scene cut saves me SO much time, makes the podcast look and feel professionally cut in 1 click. The editing and exporting are seamless as well. Great job team.

The moment we started our fundraising journey we started up a Visible account. In a funny turn of events, I canceled the account and Mike, Founder & CEO reached out to help understand why. I gave it a second look. Once I got the deck configured, investor contacts, and data integrations setup.. it became my go-to place for all things Stacks, Inc (Holding company of Stacklist). Now its a platform I use multiple times a week to manage investor communications and our data room.

Free eSignature + collecting payments after signing. So good. I've tried ALL the eSignature platforms and the Agree.com Team has really knocked this out of the park. Such a clean and easy interface. THE absolute best way to capture bugs and provide ALL the details (network, logs, clicks, device information) to the Engineering team. Plus, the Jam team is JAM-TASTIC. Dani, Ivanha, Ian.. you all are rock stars and your culture is our north star.
