Just started using watchman, the UI is great and it looks like it will be a huge unlock for our demand gen strategy. The ability to identify high-value accounts from anonymous traffic will be great for our outbound

It is a great project management app with many free tools, but personally found it to be a bit bloated

The search engine has lots of room for improvement. Changing columns and searching for specific artifacts separate from the search bar should be implemented. Open ticket tabs should be moveable with a click and drag feature. Tickets should be linkable. My biggest gripe with Zendesk is mainly due to the search engine lacking standard features that are not difficult to implement.

HubSpot’s all-in-one CRM platform is really solid and is pretty much the default CRM in most places I’ve worked in. Wish the UX was better though!

One of the best email verifiers out there, the app is nice and intuitive, however for people starting out it may be a little more on the pricier side.

great solution that I used to use on a daily basis that would allow me to automate my Linkedin activities easily, workflow leaves a bit to be desired

I suppose its a great tool when getting started, but I’ve found that while the LinkedIn scraping is good, the email enrichment/ delivrability is lacking
